An import is a resumable run, not one long request. A run that hit repeated supplier errors pauses rather than failing, and everything already imported is kept.
Press Resume on the same run — it restarts from the stored cursor, not from the beginning.
If it pauses again immediately, look at Suppliers → Health. A supplier that is erroring on catalogue reads will pause every run until it recovers.
That is by design. Imports land products staged. Publishing is a separate, explicit action, so nothing reaches a customer at an unreviewed price.
Set your pricing rules first, then select and publish from Catalog → Products.
A product whose price cannot clear your margin floor is flagged rather than published at a loss. This usually means the supplier’s cost, or the shipping cost for that lane, is higher than your rule allows.
Either raise the price via a category multiplier, lower the margin floor deliberately, or leave the product unpublished. Use Simulate to see the effect before saving a rule change.
