CCPA notice
Last revised
This notice covers rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. It supplements the privacy policy.
We do not sell or share personal information
Tenza does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do it.
Categories we collect
- Identifiers — name, email, account and workspace identifiers, IP address.
- Commercial information — your subscription, plan and payment records.
- Internet activity — admin actions, request and job logs, used to operate and debug the service.
- Customer service records — support tickets, their messages and attachments.
Why we collect it
To provide and secure the platform, to bill you, to support you, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not profile you.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it, and therefore do not use or disclose it for any purpose requiring a right to limit.
Your rights
- Know — what we collect, why, and who receives it.
- Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — erasure, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Correct — fix inaccurate personal information.
- Non-discrimination — exercising a right never changes your price or your service.
How to exercise them
Open a ticket at support marked as a privacy request, from the email address on the account. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extending once if necessary and telling you why. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission we can verify.
Service providers
Our subprocessors act as service providers: they are contractually barred from retaining, using or disclosing personal information for any purpose other than performing the service. The current list is maintained with the data processing addendum.
Your own customers
Where you use Tenza to sell to Californian consumers, you are the business and Tenza is your service provider. Requests from your customers come to you; the platform gives you the tools to answer them, and support will help where it does not.
Contact
Anything in this document that is unclear, or that you need in a different form, goes to support. Mark the ticket as a legal request.
