One platform for the whole business
Not a theme with plugins bolted on. Tenza is the storefront, the catalog pipeline, the supplier integrations, the fulfilment queue, the creative studio and the analytics โ built as one system so the parts actually agree with each other.
Six pillars
Each one would be a separate subscription elsewhere. Here they share one catalog, one order record and one set of tenant boundaries.
Storefront
A live, fast, mobile-first store from the minute you sign up โ on yourstore.tenza.app, and on your own domain whenever you are ready.
Catalog
Import from connected suppliers, enrich titles and descriptions, set pricing rules per market, and publish in batches you control.
Fulfilment
Orders route to the supplier that can actually ship them, with tracking pushed back to the customer automatically.
Creative studio
Ad copy, scripts, storyboards and angles generated against your real catalog, kept in a library you can reuse.
Analytics
Revenue, margin after supplier cost, ad attribution and search demand in one place, per market and per channel.
Apps
Extend the storefront with installable apps โ loyalty, bundles, subscriptions, reviews โ configured per workspace.
How it is put together
The decisions that matter are the ones you never have to think about again.
Multi-tenant by construction
Every row of business data carries a tenant id and every query is scoped to it. Workspaces cannot see each other, and the isolation is verified by an automated scan rather than by convention.
Background work is a queue, not a cron guess
Imports, order submission and email sends are jobs with attempts, leases and dead-letter states โ so a supplier outage delays work instead of losing it.
Your email domain, your reputation
Transactional and marketing mail sends from a domain you own, with DKIM keys that rotate on a schedule and bounce handling wired in.
Observable end to end
A five-minute probe watches the API, storefront, queue and supplier links, and ninety days of that history is public on the status page.
